1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Destinations We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. International shipping availability may vary — please contact us for details.

3. Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Any applicable taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipment Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

6. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.

7. Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to re-send the package.

8. Compliance We comply with all applicable U.S. federal and state shipping regulations, including those set forth by the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and relevant consumer protection laws.
